what is Meditation

What is meditation?
hv u experienced state of trance and hypnosis?

Well... nice 2 c a creative thoughtful oceanic person in the net matrix... Ya! i do think & sometimes express my visualisations into words.. one 4 u now..

Well 1 form of meditation tht i do is prayer 2 Almighty, another is my little b'ful visualisations..

Meditation is something I practice to forget everything (really everything) for sometime, just focusing on the silence/peace/positivity of universe. It really helps... It settles any anxiety which one has, it gives tranquility not only to mind but to soul, it gives satisfaction, calmness and happiness. n these 3 words are not just words but feelings...:-)
