Meditation is something I practice to forget everything (really everything) for sometime, just focusing on the silence/peace/positivity of universe. It really helps... It settles any anxiety which one has, it gives tranquility not only to mind but to soul, it gives satisfaction, calmness and happiness. n these 3 words are not just words but feelings...:-)
